Before applying, please review the qualifications carefully. To be eligible for assistance, you must be purchasing a primary residence, not an investment property. The home must be priced at or below the current national average of $429,000 (February 26). Homes priced above the national average may still be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on demonstrated financial need, local market conditions, and available foundation funds. You must also provide verification of employment that meets our definition of a first responder.

To apply, complete the application form in full and provide accurate information regarding the property (if under contract), your income details, and employment verification as a first responder.

You will be required to submit a photo of your official ID or badge along with a photo of your driver’s license to verify employment.

Applicants must also demonstrate financial need by submitting supporting documentation. This may include W-2s or other income verification, a purchase contract if applicable, a pre-approval letter (recommended but not required), and any other relevant financial information.

Once all documentation is complete, submit your application and supporting materials through our website.

After submission, our team will review your application to determine eligibility and financial need. If approved, funds will be disbursed directly to the appropriate party involved in your home purchase.

All personal information provided during the application process will remain confidential and secure. If your application is denied, you will have the opportunity to appeal the decision, and instructions will be provided in your notification.
