Eligibility

Review Eligibility Criteria: Before applying, review the eligibility criteria for receiving assistance from our non-profit. You must be purchasing a primary residence that is under the national home average currently $419,300.00 (MAY 24) and provide proof of employment as our definition of a first responder.

Complete Application Form: Fill out the application form completely and accurately. The form includes information about the property being purchased (if applicable), income information, and verification of employment as a first responder.

Submit Picture of ID/ Badge: Provide a picture of your ID/badge to verify your employment as a first responder. As well as a picture of your Driver’s License.

Demonstrate Need for Assistance: Provide documentation that demonstrates your need for assistance. This may include documentation of your income (W-2’s), the purchase price of the home or (pre-approval letter if applicable, not required), and other relevant financial information.

Submit Your Application: Submit your completed application and supporting documentation through our website.

Review and Approval: Our team will review your application and supporting documentation to determine if you meet our eligibility criteria and demonstrate a need for assistance.

Disbursement of Funds: If your application is approved, we will disburse funds directly to the appropriate party to assist with the purchase of your home.

Confidentiality: All personal information provided during the application process will be kept confidential and secure.

Appeals Process: If your application is denied, you will have the opportunity to appeal the decision. Please follow the instructions provided in your notification letter.
